The building supervisor is responsible for providing the following services:
● Collection of rents
● Maintenance of the common areas of property: front and back stairwells, front walks, mailboxes, dumpster, lights, and cleaning
● Performance of minor repairs
● Management and recording of all owner inquiries, requests and complaints
● Rapid response to all emergencies pertaining to the property
