Arrival information
Access to the building is gained using a programmed door lock code. You will receive a separate email with your access code. Do not share your lock codes for safety and security.
When you arrive at the building, you will find that there are four external doors to the property. The front doors, which are closest to the street, are programmed in advance for your individual code. If the door to your apartment has a smart lock, you will use the same code to access your room. If the door to your apartment does not, your door should be open, and the room key will be on the desk or dresser.

Shared kitchen
Our communal kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and microwave. However, there is one rule all tenants need to follow when cooking in the communal kitchen: clean up after yourself! Just like in your own kitchen, it is polite to take a few minutes to clean up after you are finished cooking. This way, everyone can use the kitchen without having to worry about messes. In addition, only cook what you can eat! Finally, do not cook and leave cooking food unattended.
Shared bathroom
The communal bathrooms are located on the first and second floor of the building for your convenience. Although we do have cleaning staff that comes in daily, we ask that you please clean up after yourself. This includes wiping down the counters and sink, flushing the toilet, and picking up any towels or clothes you may have left behind. In addition, we ask that you refrain from using any strong-smelling products, such as perfumes or colognes, in the communal bathrooms, as some people may be allergic to them.
If everyone does their part, it will make everyone's experience much better.
Garbage and recycling
You will find a small waste container in your room. The recycling bin is under the sink in the kitchen, and there is an additional large waste container. There is another large waste container next to the bathrooms on the second floor.
The outdoor garbage bins are locked. If you have oversized garbage, you will need to contact the property manager.
